Cross-Country Mountain Bike Race
The Afton Alps cross-country course covers a six-mile loop, overlooking the beautiful St. Croix River Valley. These trails offer some of the best single track in the Twin Cities area, along with some great descents and climbs.

Shimano Kids Race
Attention all Kids! Participate in the Shimano Kids Race! Helmets are required. Register on-site only, Sunday, June 8th by 12:30pm. Free for all kids 3-10 years old. T-Shirts and other prizes given to each kid!
Registration & Pre-ride
There will be no bib pickup or registration at Afton Alps on Saturday, June 7th. However the course will be open for pre-riding with purchase of a trail pass.
Race day registration and bib pick-up opens at 7:30 a.m. at the Alps Chalet. Registration and bib assignment end 1/2 hour before the start of each race.
All 2008 MNSCS events are NORBA Sanctioned. Racers wishing to compete in the Expert class are required to have an annual NORBA license. To purchase a NORBA license visit www.usacycling.org

Awards

Directions
From St. Paul/Minneapolis take I-94 east to the CR-15 Manning Ave. exit(exit #253). Head south on Manning Ave. for 7 miles. Take a left onto 70th Street South, heading east for approx. 3 miles, then follow the signs into Afton Alps.
