Race Description

Sun. May 11, 2008. First race at 9:00am.
Please Note: Race lengths and start time may vary on the day of race. Please check your start times and lengths on day of race.

Race Distances:
We appreciate the feedback on the variation of race distances for each class.  The MNSCS guidelines for Series distances are offered in miles or in estimated finish times. However, the miles offered cannot be met due to the lap length at Salem Hills. We have opted to showcase number of laps and estimated finish time instead.

The Salem Hills course is approximately 4.6 miles per lap minus the prologue, we have modified our race distances to showcase the number of laps for each class.

Please remember, these are estimates, due to weather or other day of race issues, the number of laps could be reduced on race day.

Give back to the people who build the majority of trails in MN!
All race proceeds from Erik's Spring Cup go to MN Off-Road Cyclists (MORC). For more information on MORC, please go to www.morcmtb.org.

Erik's Spring Cup is a Cross-Country Mountain Bike Race. This course is built to test your speed and endurance. A fast and fun race for all skill levels.

Put your mountain bike racing skills to the test. It is the first race of the MN State Championship Series (MNSCS). Be prepared for action, fun and one great race. Brought to you by MN Off-Road Cyclists (MORC) and Erik's Bike Shop.

Back for 2008, all MNSCS races are part of the Shimano Youth Series.
